What's Possible

Built for whoever you're bringing.

Six common reasons groups take over a whole Hideaway Inn. There's no list of what's allowed — only what fits and what doesn't yet exist.
Wedding Weekends

The Wedding Weekend, Reclaimed.

Friday rehearsal dinner on the lawn. Saturday ceremony in the meadow. Sunday brunch on the patio. Your guests sleep where they celebrate, and nobody drives anywhere for three days.
Ceremony spaces: lawn, meadow, dining hall, indoor backup.
Reception capacity up to 120 (Mt. Sunapee, Franconia Notch).
Bring your caterer & vendors, or use our trusted local list.
Two- or three-night minimums depending on season.

Family Reunions

The Whole Family Tree. Same Roof.

Grandparents in the main building, cousins running around the lawn, the kids' table that turns into the kids' weekend. Full kitchens for family-style meals, fire pits for the late nights nobody wants to end.
Kid-friendly properties with pools, games, and open meadows.
Full kitchen access for family-prepared meals.
Multi-generational room layouts (suites, family rooms, doubles).
Pet-friendly options at most properties

Corporate Retreats

Off-Sites That Don't Feel Off.

Conference rooms exist if you need them. So do the trails, the lake, the fire pit, the sauna. Your team unplugs without realizing they're doing it. Then the breakthrough happens at 9pm by the firepit, not at 11am in the breakout room.
Meeting space for groups of 10 to 80.
High-speed wifi, AV setup, breakout rooms.
Curated team activities: hiking, paddling, lawn games.
Group dining built around the team's pace.

Friend Trips

The Group Chat, Brought to Life.

Bachelor weekends, bachelorette weekends, the annual friend trip you keep meaning to plan. The benefit of a buyout: no quiet hours that aren't your quiet hours, no front desk side-eye, no neighboring guests at all.
Group activities: hiking, paddling, ski-in/ski-out (winter).
Late-night fire pit access and full kitchen.
Concierge for local bookings (restaurants, spa, transport).
Buyouts often shorter on off-season weekdays.

Frequently Asked Questions

There isn’t a hard minimum. A buyout means you book every room, so the rate scales with the property size. Small groups have done it for milestone occasions; larger groups (40+ guests) typically get the most value.

Peak weekends (summer, fall foliage, winter holidays) often book 9 to 12 months out. Off-season weekdays can be done with a few weeks of lead time. We’ll always tell you what’s actually possible.

Yes. We also have a short list of local vendors we work with often if you’d rather we handle it. Many groups mix and match.

Two nights is standard. Three nights is preferred for weddings and most weekend events. Off-season weekday buyouts can sometimes go shorter.

Buyouts are priced per room, per night, with a property-wide rate that adjusts by season and day of week. Off-season and weekday windows are noticeably more flexible. We’ll send a custom quote within 48 hours of your inquiry.

Always. We encourage it. Site visits can be scheduled at any of the four properties.
